Evidence Tier Classification
We classify individuals into three tiers based on the nature and strength of documentation:
Criminal charges, convictions, or sworn allegations. Includes individuals who faced legal action or were named in victim testimony under oath.
Named in prosecution documents. Individuals identified in official investigation memos, financial records, or as potential witnesses/co-conspirators.
Documented contact or association. Individuals with verified communications, meetings, or social connections without allegations of wrongdoing.
Important: Please read this disclaimer carefully before using this tool.
No Implication of Guilt: Appearance in this database does not imply guilt, wrongdoing, or criminal activity. Many individuals listed had legitimate business or social relationships that predated any knowledge of criminal conduct.
Evidence Tiers Indicate Documentation Level: Our tier classification reflects the nature of documentation available, not culpability or moral judgment. A Tier C classification simply means documented contact exists—it does not suggest any improper behavior.
Independent Verification Required: Users should conduct their own independent verification before making any decisions based on information in this database. We provide source citations to facilitate this verification.
Denial Statements Included: Where available, we include statements from individuals denying allegations or explaining their connections. These should be considered as part of the complete picture.
Not Legal Advice: This tool is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Consult qualified legal counsel for any legal matters.
We strive for accuracy in all information presented. If you believe any information is incorrect, incomplete, or requires updating, or if you have documentation that should be considered, please contact us with specific details and source citations.
